1. You are a student: Izly sends you an e-mail, first and foremost on your e-mail used when you subscribe to messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr, otherwise on the one of your educational institution.
2. You are an administrative staff of an establishment issuing an Izly-compatible card: you must have received an activation email in your email (usually that of your institution).

Remember to check in your "spam" folder.
If you still can not find your activation email, you can ask for it to be returned to you at any time on izly.fr (see tutorial attached).
